Attempting homemade gluten-free bread. Merci @_na Attempting homemade gluten-free bread.

Merci @_nattyp for recommending @bobsredmill recipe! Realized mid-baking I didn't have xanthum gum but pushed forward anyway.

Scroll to see results. Smells great but definitely "heavy and dense"...I suppose the xanthum would have made it light and fluffy?

I shall continue my quest for soft gluten free bread... thankfully I have lots of active yeast from @baremrkt .

⭐️ Book Review ⭐️

Written by Caroline Fernandez, The Adventures of Grandmasaurus is a playful and educational story with a sneezing grandma who turns a museum field trip into a once in a lifetime adventure. While the grandkids make mature decisions, grandma is up to some tricks, and one cannot help to be struck by the clever role reversal.

What I appreciated most about this new picture book was the author’s well-thought-out decision to highlight and share interesting facts about the lesser known dinosaurs. While checking out this great book, I encourage you to also consider picking up a copy of Caroline’s other amazing children’s story, Stop Reading This Book. Follow Caroline @parentclub

A treat for me. I was inspired by @bfern21 forever A treat for me. I was inspired by @bfern21 forever ago to have a seasonal indoor decoration but could never find the right one.

The "O" in HOME is replaced by different seasonal magnets. Currently in Easter mode!

Was this a need? No.

Does it make me happy? Yes.

My very first Public Lending Rights cheque. Level My very first Public Lending Rights cheque. Level unlocked. Though children's books are eligible for the PLR program, my first two books (BOREDOM BUSTERS and MORE BOREDOM BUSTERS) were deemed ineligible because they were categorized as "how to" books.

STOP READING THIS BOOK is eligible. THE ADVENTURES OF GRANDMASAURUS will be for next year. ✨

I would like to thank @canada.council (Canadian Council for the Arts) for supporting authors, celebrating libraries and enriching reader experience.

The public lending program sends yearly payments to authors who works are in Canada's public libraries.

Call to action: borrow books from public libraries...it helps authors! 👏

I don't know about you but I am NOT active enough I don't know about you but I am NOT active enough these days.

Pre-pandemic I was doing 2 yoga classes a week plus a couple 5K walks.💪

Over the last few months
....my sport has been going up and down stairs to switch the laundry. 🤦‍♀️

I'm stiff and sitting way too much.

So I'm getting back to conditioning classes, stretching and walking (weather permitting).

Are you getting active these days?...
