Beach Food Ideas

May 9, 2022 1 Comment

Beach Food Ideas via www.parentclub.ca because we are all about sharing tips to make life easier for busy families. Read on for a quick list of healthy foods you can easily pack for a day at the beach.

Parent Club Tips for beach days: Use re-useable containers to minimize garbage. Pack your food in coolers with ice packs (see note below on ice packs!). Separate foods so they don’t tip and mix in your bag.

Drink lots of water

Being out in the sun and being active on the beach can quickly dehydrate adults and kids alike. Remember to drink lots of water to replenish fluids.

And here’s a tip, fill up plastic containers 1/4 full and freeze overnight. That way, these containers can be ice packs for your coolers and also be water which can melt and be drinkable at the beach.
