The Authentic You
Another thing that you are going to need to do in order to create the best version of yourself is to be the most authentic version of you. Don’t try to change yourself for the benefit of someone else. Don’t try to turn yourself into someone that you are not because it makes others more comfortable. You deserve to be you, and anyone who doesn’t like that doesn’t have to be around you.
If you want to dress a certain way, do it. If you want to go and get a realism tattoo or any other kind of tattoo, go for it. Speak your mind, set boundaries, and generally just be authentic.
Work On Your Toxic Traits
The final thing that we’re going to say is that you should be working on your toxic traits. We all have them before you start to protest, so don’t be one of those people that tries to say that you don’t. Identify the toxic traits that you have and then figure out how you can work on them to become a better person. This is not to say that there is anything wrong with you as you are, but toxicity is not conducive to a healthy life.
