10 Amazing Graphic Novels for Kids

When you are browsing the graphic novel section of your library or bookstore…you will find a fairly large choice. This is because graphic novels are a growing trend for young readers. They flock to the genre and often search out series of books.

You should keep in mind the character of your younger reader. Graphic novel character and plot lines can range from funny and friendly to thrilling and adventure. Not to say one is better than the other. Simply, some kids might be more comfortable with a funny graphic novel or a thrilling one (or vice versa).

What a great list! I am going to share this with my friends who have kids in that age category. I wish my teen read the way he did at that age, and he would have loved so many of these choices!

Such great list! My son had a bunch of graphic novels when he was little and he really enjoyed them. I think we’ve already donated most of them.

I’m always on the lookout for books my kids can read. My youngest is still a bit too young for these but I’ll save this list for when he gets a bit older.

Ah! This selection of graphic novels seem like the creme de la creme, granted I don’t have/know many young kids. Definitely a great starting point for people like me 🙂
