Bogs Choice for Winter. Because in Canadian winter…you need good boots. Bogs have been a go-to for my kids for years (more on that below) but this year I was provided the opportunity to experience Bogs for women. And let me tell you: comfort, warmth, did I mention comfort?! Bogs are the choice for footwear for the whole family.

Bogs Choice for Winter
My kids have worn Bogs for years. Because of the durability. The on/off ease (and I’m sure teachers appreciate that too). The comfort rating (think: going to -40C which is AMAZING to keep feet comfortable during North American winter. And of course the designs…which were always easy to spot at school in a hallway of assorted boots. My kids have worn Bogs Fall, Winter, Spring (as rain boots and winter boots because of the waterproof factor). And let me tell you…there has been many an outdoor field trip where I’ve felt relieved knowing their feet were comfortable and dry for the whole day outside.
Yes, Bogs has been the choice for my kids’ winter boots for a long time.
Let me tell you a little about the men’s and women’s lines…
Bogs for Men and Women
Expect the same on/off ease, comfort (rating down to -40C!), and lightweight features of the kids line. The b puffy boots I chose are slip resistant, cushioning, odor control, and waterproof. And seriously feel like slippers!
I must admit, I had trouble choosing the b puffy from the classic Bogs (you know the ones…high, handles for pulling on and off, overall excellent boots). The b puffy mid won out because I thought I could put them under bootcut jeans for meetings and tuck in leggings for grocery store runs.
The men’s line consists of mainly black (I guess that’s what men choose in boots) classic insulated winter snow boots. I think classic is the way to go for men’s boots (since feet aren’t growing these boots will last for ages). You know that the men in your life will get the durability they deserve with this product line. Also, a great holiday gift idea for the guy who has everything!

Proper winter boots are a must for North American winters. From snow to ice to chill…you absolutely must keep your feet comfortable, warm, and dry. Your feet and the feet of your whole family!
I honestly have only thought of Bogs for rain gear – I would love to check out the winter boots!
I got my daughter a pair of bogs for this winter. I have read very good reviews. Now that we live in the Yukon, warm boots are a must! 🙂

I’ve never heard of these but I travel a lot and they sound like they can be very useful in colder climates.

I never heard of this brand before but my toes always freeze and l see that they are good for up to -40. Sounds great to me.
