    I liked reading your easy school lunch ideas post because 1) my older daughter makes her own lunch and I love the healthy checklist she can use and 2) I am getting tired of making lunches this time of year (for my youngest), so this has helped me put together some quick and healthy options with little effort.

    I recently read the 5 TIPS FOR PARENTS TO PREPARE FOR UNEXPECTED ALLERGIC REACTIONS. This was great as i travel alot and I find my allergies act up out of nowhere and I am never prepared or think about how I should try a reaction.
