If you like making muffins for your family like I do…then I highly recommend my Granola Breakfast Muffins recipe (they are so good!).
The thing I like about muffins is serving size. One muffin = 1 snack. Makes life easy n’est pas?! Plus, muffins are a healthy choice to send for those class breakfasts (where you have to send a portion of something for the whole class). No need for knives and cutting up of things. Single serve. Also, muffins are a great idea for sport snacks (one big container of muffins for the team to enjoy after the game or practice!).
my question is, are those the silicon muffin cups? LOL if so, how do you like them? I have two silicone items that I just love and wondered about those in the picture.
They are silicone muffin cups and they are awesome! I use them all the time and highly recommend. I love being able to wash and re-use them (more eco friendly than paper) and they make pan clean up so much easier (as not spraying the pan itself means less to clean). Great results every time.
Those sound so good. I love muffins to start my day off right.
These look really good! They would be perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack.

This is what I will make today. Thank you for sharing. I just peeled a bag of apples and was not sure if I was just going to freeze them or bake something today. Now I can do both.
I recently tried a similar recipe but yours is better because you use real apples so I’m guessing it gives a little crunch which I think is better
I love the combo of apples and oatmeal together. I also love any kind of breakfast-to-to items like these.
This is a combo that I never thought of.I bet its delicious.I will give it a go.
Just baked a batch of these, thinking they’d be a good alternative to pre-packaged snacks for my son to take to school. The flavour is okay, but I found them to be extremely dry. i followed the recipe – maybe I overbaked? (30 mins @ 350 degrees)
