Here are some international children’s book awards that do not require submission fees:?

• Boston Globe–Horn Book Awards: Established in 1967, these prestigious awards recognize excellence in children’s and young adult literature across three categories: Picture Book, Fiction and Poetry, and Nonfiction. There is no entry fee for submissions.?
• International Literacy Association (ILA) Children’s and Young Adult Book Awards: These awards honor newly published authors who show unusual promise in the children’s and young adult book field. Awards are given for fiction and nonfiction in three categories: Primary, Intermediate, and Young Adult. No submission fee is required.?
