Favourite Free Valentine Fonts

February 12, 2020 16 Comments

Valentine’s Day is approaching (fast!). I have a few Valentine’s Day kid activities in the works (check back soon!). In the meantime, sharing my Favourite Free Valentine Fonts to get your in the February 14th mood…I think these would be pretty awesome for homemade class Valentines, party invitations, Valentine school lunch notes, Valentine decorations, and of course some Valentine themed kid crafts!

Favourite Free Valentine Fonts

This post is from the Parent Club archives…

Favourite Free Valentine Fonts

Alex Brush, Pacifico, Quicksand, Lover’s Quarrel, Architects Daughter, Risque, Kaushan Script, Parisienne, Simply Glamerous, Elephant, and Bergamont Ornament are all free fonts available for download at Font Squirrel. The last font – Bergamont Ornament – is a symbol font which I think adds great pop to Valentines (and birthday invitations).

I would also recommend my Free Fonts Children’s Hand post for Valentine’s fonts (because children’s handwriting just feels Valentine-y).

Valentine's Day Countdown Calendar

And while we’re being crafty my Valentine’s Day Countdown Calendar (posted previously) is the perfect FREE printable to get you into the Valentine’s Day activity mood.

I’m finding the Bergamont really handy in making blog images. Just the font pop I need.

That train font would look great printed out into a banner.

I love some of those fonts! I really start playing around with different fonts instead of just using the same ones all the time.

I am a self-avowed font whore… LOL! I love fonts, finding new ones, reading articles about them, using them in my art. Thank you for the recommendations.
