What I love best about yoga is that it fits me. I can do it in studio or at home. It relaxes me. It makes me stronger. Never to having been a very sport-y person…after having kids…I had a dickens of a time to find me-time and activity time in my busy day.     I love the Gaiam foldable yoga mat but if I had to pick another product, I would have to say the Emma Bra in Pickled Beet. It looks really pretty and comfortable too.

    I NEED the yoga matt as all of mine have moved away from home (Every time a child left) I’m sure they’ are enjoying their lives in both Alberta and Ont. I bought a super cheap one that thin that I use in the mean time
