So I made the above lunch box notes, in minutes, using PowerPoint. I like that they are colourful, perfectly sized, and ready for cutting. Super easy…and did I mention pretty much a FREE do-it-yourself as you are using paper you already have around the house.
And my tip for making bilingual lunch box notes…
We are raising our kids bilingual – so it only makes sense to make bilingual lunch notes. It’s a good way to reinforce language and reading skills in a 2nd language. If the 2nd language your child is learning isn’t in your skill set (my French writing skills are rusty I admit)…you can always use Google Translate to switch you lunch box notes from your primary language to a 2nd language (bonus…Google Translate adds in accents for you).

You can customize your lunch box notes in many ways. Riddles. Jokes. Emojis. Secret messages. Tips. Hints. Pictures. Fonts. Colours. Shapes. Paper. Quotes from books (Harry Potter fans would love this). Days in History. Favourite songs. Sports facts. Fun family facts.
