These Home Projects with Ryobi are for your DIY-ers (and those who have friends who are weekend warriors of home renos).

Home Projects with Ryobi

The back deck. Depending on the size of the deck you want…this is a few-weekends-in-a-row project. You’ll want to dig holes, secure posts in cement, and cut boards to the exact length. And keep in mind the height of your deck and the safety of kids – put in the required hand rails so that no one falls over.

That pergola you always wanted. Sure there are kits you can buy at building supply stores. But a custom pergola to your custom size is not so hard really. Things to put on your buy list for this project: nails, wood, Ryobi 10” TABLE SAW WITH STEEL STAND, brackets, wood (of course)…and perhaps rent an auger to help with digging the holes. My husband built two pergolas this summer. It took a few full-days each.

A shed would be handy wouldn’t it? Store the kids’ bikes. Your lawnmower. The sleds and skiis you use in winter. The Ryobi 18V ONE+™ 18GA CORDLESS BRAD NAILER and 18V LITHIUM-ION DRILL AND IMPACT DRIVER KIT  would be super handy to make a shed a do-able weekend project.

You can’t have too many shelves. Shelves for toys in the basement. Book shelves in the living room. Tool shelves in the garage. Shelves are actually a really simple home project DIY (as in you can have them up in an afternoon!).  One of the favourite things in my home are the shelves I have up on 3 walls of my laundry room. One wall is shelves of products (laundry detergent, extra body wash, tissue boxes). One wall of shelves is bedding (so I know exactly where the extra blankets are). The other wall of shelves is folded towels (so they go straight from dryer to shelf in the same room -saves so much time!).

SADLY we only got to do one summer project, the next day I ended up in surgery, so no money equaled no DIY projects for us
