January 4, 2016

Feel good about you! These 5 Ways For Women To Feel Confident take you through easy everyday opportunities to motivate your mojo and make you feel empowered and ready to take on the world…

5 Ways For Women To Feel Confident

5 Ways For Women To Feel Confident

Get active two to three times a week. An active lifestyle will reduce stress, improve overall health, and make you feel more confident about yourself. Start a walking club in your neighbourhood. Try a yoga class. Join a ball hockey team. Try out a family karate class (great way to get active and spend time with your kids).

Learn a new skill or develop an existing talent. Skills development boosts your confidence by showing you (and your team) how awesome you are at things. Enroll in an online photography course. Take that next level training course. Try out some creative writing (heck…go pitch that book manuscript which is sitting in your documents folder!).

Buy a budget-friendly confidence piece. For some it’s a pair of shoes. For other’s it’s a purse (ok…me…for me it’s a purse). A confidence piece can be the thing you wear or hold which will boost your spirit on your next job interview or for the upcoming special day.

Network with other women. Whether it be social (*waving hi on Twitter*) or professional – connecting with other women grows your morale like nothing else. Don’t know where to start – engage on a hashtag on social media (like #mombiz or #women…even #zombiemoms. And yes, I was one of the founding Moms of #zombiemoms – a hashtag of sleep deprived mother’s connecting day and night on Twitter. It was a great way to connect, support and get confidence in  parenting through those sleepless newborns days. Poise Impressa bladder supports, women, confidence

When you need it…get the right products for your confidence support needs.

Education (whether formal or informal) is the easiest and most long-term method for inspiring confidence, independence (you will NEVER feel dependent on anyone with an education) in women… That is my personal opinion, but I feel that education leads to a an open, honest and happier life.
