Clairol Root Touch Up by Nice ‘n Easy

December 10, 2015 12 Comments

In just 10 minutes, you can make your life easier by using Clairol Root Touch Up by Nice ‘n Easy. Yes, I really colour my hair with Clairol. Yes, it really makes my life easier – and here’s how…Clairol Root Touch Up by Nice 'n Easy, Caroline Fernandez

Pre-kids, I loved the salon experience – it was lovely Me Time.

Post-kids…I find going to a salon is a hassle. Booking the appointment, getting a babysitter, finding a parking spot, spending hours at a salon (when I could be tangibly productive somewhere else).

Which is why I colour at home. It’s Me Time on MY schedule. Put the kids to bed. Colour my hair in the comfort of my own bathroom. Read a magazine or listen to some music. In mere minutes, I boost my confidence, mood, and style.

Which is why, when the folks at Clairol asked if I would do a video about Clairol Root Touch Up by Nice ‘n Easy – I immediately responded YES! Because Clairol products really do make my life easier…

My go to shade is 7 Dark Blonde for root touch up and Clairol nice and easy hair colour. However I have tried Clairol 8 (medium blonde) to go a shade lighter in the summer (and you shouldn’t be afraid to go a shade darker or lighter depending on the season – the shade is very subtle and safe!).

Clairol Root Touch Up by Nice ‘n Easy

  • Shade Match: The unique Colourmatch Root Crème Mixture contains a blend of tones guaranteed to seamlessly match both at-home hair colour and salon shades.
  • It’s easy!

I like that Clairol Root Touch Up by Nice ‘n Easy is easily found at major stores. I know I can rely on Clairol for giving me great results without breaking the bank (do you know how much it costs to pay for a babysitter AND a salon visit lately?!).

I’ve been eyeing this. I don’t like having to do my whole head all the time.

Your hair looks amazing 🙂 I tried the Clairol root touch up many years ago when my hair was darker – it worked like a charm! Perfect for in between big colorings

Coloring my hair at home is so much cheaper and more convenient because I can do it on my own time. Clairol has always proven to be a good brand.

I have been thinking about dying my hair. It is good to know what the upkeep will be.

I don’t color my hair… yet! But it’s good to know it doesn’t have to be that difficult when I do!

I get my hair colored at the salon, but I get a foil, so there really aren’t roots so to speak.

My wife pays a ton every 6 weeks for root touchup. I need to convince her this is the way to go.
