Pick and Talk Conversation Activity

July 8, 2015 Leave a Comment

We just did this Pick and Talk Conversation Activity at a recent play date (12 tween girls play date!) and it was a hit. It would also be good as a birthday party activity – and heck – even a dinner party game! Totally G rated…this game is a good conversation starter for any age…

Pick and Talk Conversation Activity

Simply print out the Pick and Talk Conversation Activity – Kids party activity PDF (FREE printable – yes click that – promise it won’t take you any where creepy on the internet. Click and you’ll get a pdf of the Pick and Talk Conversation Activity sheet pictured above – you can print it from your computer – no download required).

Once you have printed out the activity sheet – cut each of the questions (I’ve included lines to help make cutting easier). Once cut, fold the papers and put them in a bowl.

Then, simply hand the bowl around the table and have each person take a turn choosing a paper, opening it, and stating what the paper says…then they answer the question (or do the quack or whatever the paper tells them to do).

It’s free. It’s fun. And it gets conversations going pretty quickly (as in ice breaker!).

We did this activity as a buffer between lunch and dessert (on a rainy day when the kids couldn’t buffer outside) – total fun!
