Easy Stocking Stuffer Ideas

November 27, 2014 12 Comments

Stockings have always been my favourite part of Christmas. They are sometimes practical and sometimes frivolous yet always fun. I’ve put together a list of Easy Stocking Stuffer Ideas…to help make your stocking stuffer shopping a little easier…

Easy Stocking Stuffer Ideas

Easy Stocking Stuffer Ideas

I tend to shop for my stocking stuffers in the everyday places I shop (i.e. grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy). You want something small and inexpensive. And yes, I will triple up on what I buy – so I will buy three different scents of the same body wash and put it in each of the kids’ Christmas stockings.

I will also pick up things as I do my regular shopping…like buying favourite chocolate bars for the stockings while I do my grocery shopping.

And you can certainly make homemade stocking stuffers…check out my Gifts Kids Can Make section for stocking stuffer ideas like DIY Place Mat For Kids or How To: Sock Bun (the sock bun is a hit with my girls). Or you could check out last year’s post on Stocking Stuffers.

Need some easy stocking stuffer ideas for the lady in your life?   I love reading magazines (it is a treat to sit back and turn a page). I like office supplies (I’m weird that way). Travel mug is always welcome for my tea. And a new hat would kinda fun.

Share!…What are your easy stocking stuffer ideas?…

Absolutely great list, for children I also think sugarless gum and reading books appropriate to age group.

Flashlights are a great idea! I never think of office supplies, but I’m thinking Post It notes would be excellent.
