Nella Bella: A Great Canadian Bag

My bag is not only my bag…it’s my on-the-go kitchen, first-aid box, bank, toy box, and snack shop. I carry a ton of (very important) stuff to make our family outings easier. And I have to share with you…my new favourite Mom bag…made by Nella Bella (Canadian!). Made of vegan fabric – it looks and feels like a trendy leather bag (but it’s not!).  Environmentally friendly and everyday chic…this is a GREAT bag for Moms…

 

That, dear readers, is the Nella Bella Cardinal in Navy.  Deep, delicious and dependable – this bag is big enough to carry all your must-haves – with style. Just this past weekend, I put it to the test, test driving it to hold all my own everyday bag must haves (wallets, keys, etc…) along with snacks for two children, a book and an ipod along with full sized headphones! I still had room in the Cardinal.

For a style point of view: the colour is rich, the fabric clean (leather-like as mentioned above). It is sleek and stylish – really the perfect tote because of its size yet fashion sense. When I’m with my toddler, I need to be hands-free (so my hands can hold on to him) and thus the cross-body strap is essential. However, when I’ve been out with the big kids – I’ve really enjoyed the grown-up feel* of the tote bag straps (*makes me feel a little more fashionable to just have it hang off my shoulder).  I can pair this Nella Bella bag with jeans and look urban chic or pair it with a suit and be meeting-ready.

And I must add the functionality of this bag.

I know – you were thinking “it’s so big…I’ll never find my keys”. Nope, go-to items like keys, phone, snack can be easily organized in the zippered pockets.

Forget diamonds…functional yet fashionable bags are a girl’s best friend.
