THE WHAT: The Pottery Restaurant, Blue Mountain
THE WHERE: steps from Blue Mountain Village
Aside: it wasn’t until I saw the pottery in the restaurant window that I realized we actually own some Blue Mountain pottery handed down from my grandparents!

THE RESTAURANT: The Pottery Restaurant offers delicious meals in a comfortable setting. Yes, my kids were noticeably the youngest in the restaurant but the friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Casual dress and stroller (and wheel chair) friendly. No baby change table in ladies washroom.
The menu will appeal to grown ups and kids alike (vegetarian and/or carnivore) as the offerings are varied and well portioned.
The seasonal specials running throughout the summer and fall allow you to treat your taste buds to something special during your family vacation.
As a family dining together, we appreciated the casual atmosphere and kid-friendly children’s menu.
Disclosure: I had the opportunity to dine at The Pottery Restaurant. The garlic mashed potatoes were yummy. The opinions in this post are my own.
The Kids Menu doesn’t seem to be posted on the Pottery Restaurant website, so I’ll have to take your word for it that there are options that my kids will enjoy that are hopefully reasonable value. It drives me nuts when my 6-year old eats very little and I have to pay full price for his meal. Fortunately I have a nine-year-old who brings balance to the family meals out!
