Here are some infused water ideas for those (like me) who aren’t naturally “water drinkers.” We all know water is important. According to the Mayo Clinic, water intake recommendations are: “15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.” I know I don’t drink 11.5 cups of anything a day. Let’s re-think how to make drinking water more appealing.
