What’s Your Size? Always My Fit because one size does not fit all. When it comes to periods many women use the wrong pads. This causes leakage, staining, and potential embarrassment. No more! You need proper day and night protection.
What’s Your Size? Always My Fit
Talking daughters through periods…one realizes how common period knowledge is only acquired through experience.
First example: yes, your period will be heavier on days 1 and 2. Thus, you need something for heavy flow. In terms of nighttime protection you need something specific to overnight heavy flow.
Second example: teen girls are not one-size-fits all. I tell my girls to celebrate, appreciate, and own their body shape and size. They are beautiful inside and out. They don’t need to fit into a one-size-for-all stereotype. It’s about fit not formula.
Third example: you will always leak. FALSE. You don’t need to expect embarrassing moments once a month. You have control to change that.
Nearly 8 in 10 (77%) women surveyed say they would wear a longer pad size if it meant experiencing fewer leaks. The new Always My Fit sizing system is designed to help girls and women who are wearing the wrong size pad, along with the many who experience leaks every month, find the coverage that is right for them. The new system is the latest advancement in the feminine care category to ensure girls and women experience the best comfort and the superior protection they’ve come to expect from Always.
Always My Fit
Always introduced a new sizing system to help you find your best coverage based on both your flow and panty size, because the better a pad fits, the better it protects.
60 percent of women are wearing the wrong size pad, which causes leaks every month. It’s time for better protection from Always My Fit. Always pads are now numerically sized 1 through 5, so you can find your best coverage for both day and night protection.

Thank God I’m not a single dad, nor was I when our daughter first got her period, but, being resourceful, I would have learned what to say and how to help her! I’ve never had to talk to her about it, just buy her her pads and such. I’ve made the mistake with both my wife and daughter by buying the wrong ones!
I have always used Always pads. I’ll have to see if I’m using the right size.
That infographic is such a huge help! It can be hard to know what kind of protection you need when you first start having periods.
I am so glad I will never have to use this. LOL Seriously, though, it looks like it would be incredibly helpful for picking out the right protection.
Gotta love infographics! I love me some Always!
That sizing system is a really helpful guide. I didn’t know such a larger percentage of people could be wearing the wrong pad size!
Oh my goodness! While I haven’t had to worry about this for years, my granddaughter is approaching the time when she will. We want to be prepared at our house with all that she’ll need to make it easier for her. Thanks so much for the great info!
Thank you! I am always looking for great products for feminine hygiene.
This is such a great idea! We are not all one size, so our feminine products should not be either.
This is such a great idea. Women are not one size fits all, so why should their periods be? I will definitely consider Always the next time I am purchasing supplies for that terrible time of the month.
It makes sense that different body types would need a different size pad. I will have to check these out when I go shopping this week.
I just bought a package of these. I have been hearing great reviews for them.
Definitely a hard conversation to have with kids. But education is everything
