Save Time with the Hamilton Beach Digital Convection Oven – the whole family will love this! From busy breakfasts to quick & healthy dinners this convection oven has saved my bacon this back-to-school season. It’s reliable. It’s easy to use. And it’s awesome. So this Hamilton Beach Digital Convection Oven gets it’s workout in the morning. As a family of 5, we toast bread, baguettes, and english muffins (in large quantities) daily. But let me tell you how it’s made our dinners easier…

4-minute-chicken-quesadilla

Hot Beef & Provolone Sandwiches

Inspired by an episode of The Pioneer Woman (gotta give credit where credit is due) I wanted to make Hot Beef and Provolone sandwiches for the family. I layered shaved deli roast beef with provolone and then smeared the bun with aioli and set the Hamilton Beach Convection Oven to toast (setting: 3).

RESULTS: Delish!

4 Minute Chicken Quesadillas

My kids loved quesadillas! I put a large whole wheat wrap on baking tray, layered tex mex cheese, deli chicken slices, more tex mex cheese and then topped it with a 2nd large whole wheat wrap. Set the Hamilton Beach Convection Oven to toast (setting: 3).

RESULTS: a homemade quesadilla in 4 minutes!

Both of these recipes are going into my family meal rotation on a regular basis because they were both so quick and everyone LOVED them.

And bonus: the roll-top door truly made for an easy reach experience (hate it when you burn your fingers on a toaster? no more with the roll-top door!).

    I really like 5 settings and the automatic shut off as with kids it does get noisy and also do not want to sit and listen to it so I would continue to clean or set the table and the auto shut off is so perfect as to not burn anything 🙂

    I like that Hamilton Beach made this is a Convection Oven that circulates air around food for faster, even cooking. I’ve had Toaster Ovens before but they weren’t convection. It’s good for the times you are cooking a small amount of food & you don’t want to turn on the big oven & waste energy.

    I like the 5 settings because who doesn’t like an appliance that has multi functions.

    I like that it has five settings that include a pizza setting. We eat a lot of pizza so that pizza setting will definitely come in handy.

    I like the size of this toaster oven. It is big enough to make a family meal in and it would be great for the summer when you don’t want to heat up the house using your regular oven.

    I like the 5 settings and that one of them is specifically for pizza. No more burnt crust to get the top cooked. It must cook it just right.
