Tips for Visiting Canada’s Wonderland

Get discount Canada’s Wonderland tickets and make life easier. Save over 30% on tickets only at CanadasWonderland.com

Take your bathing suit and pack a towel because you won’t want to miss Splash Works water park (included with admission). Lockers are available at Splash Works and inside the front gate to store your valuables.

Take your smartphone. Not only do you want to get a family photo (or selfie) in front of the famous Wonder Mountain – there is FREE Wi-Fi park-wide.

Stroller Parking Tip for Canada's Wonderland, www.parentclub.ca

Stroller and wagon parking space is available everywhere and people are very respective of your things. In the little kid areas of Planet Snoopy and Kidzville – people simple leave their strollers off to the side at rides. You can rent strollers onsite. We took a wagon for my 5 year old and I am so glad we did.

From roller coasters to thrill rides the big rides have it. Height restrictions are at the entrance for each ride so there are no surprises. Canada’s Wonderland also offers a Parent Swap program for parents of young children.

Tips for eating at Canada’s Wonderland. You cannot bring your own food into the amusement park (except baby food and water bottles). They do check bags at the entrance – so should you pack a picnic – leave it in a cooler in your car and eat it outside the gates. There are many eating and beverage options throughout the park.

    Great tips, especially for those of us who haven’t been to Canada’s Wonderland in years!

    Checking bags must be new, I always remember bringing lunch with me. We never wanted to spend money on food, just on souvenirs!

    I have never heard of this place. Looks like I would love it because my favorite place to be is where there’s amusement rides. I’ve been to Canada quite a bit but never here.

    Canada looks so beautiful! I has always been on my list of places to visit. Now that we live in the New England area, I keep asking my husband when we can take a trip to Canada. He said once we get our passports we can go!

    so awesome that they have stroller and wagon parking everywhere and definitely need to go to see the BMX Bikes show! that is too cool. Love Wonderland. It is my go to and when my girls get a bit older they will be coming with

    I am lucky and I only live two hours away from Canada’s Wonderland. It is a fantastic way to spend the day. They have something for everyone there.

    Great tips, I especially agree with “take your bathing suit” because this way you are covered for water, cooling down, riding the rides etc.
