SAVE THE DATE! Saturday May 9th because you will not want to miss the Mount Pleasant Village 3rd annual Kids’ Fun Day. I am such a big fan of family days in our Toronto neighborhoods because they are great ways to discover your community, support local business, and connect with your family.
About Mount Pleasant Village 3rd annual Kids’ Fun Day
Presented by the Merchants of Mount Pleasant Village and taking place in the heart of Toronto’s Midtown between Eglinton and Davisville Avenues, Kids’ Fun Day will offer a full day of free, fun family activities.
Pencil it in: Saturday May 9th from 11 am to 4 pm. Drive, bike, TTC or stroll to Mount Pleasant Village to enjoy a day of FREE family activities.
When I head out to fun days like these I go early (as parking can sometimes become a challenge as the day goes on). I pack sun screen, water bottle, and hats & sunglasses (as you want fun in the sun to be done in comfort). I check the weather before we head out (does anyone need a jacket?). I buy lunch at a neighbourhood restaurant (because it’s a treat and it means I don’t have to carry a cooler). And I remind the whole family – that this is a family day – so we disconnect from our phones and connect with each other 😉
