Make the most of your oven space
Use a cookie sheet where you can lay out veggies which take the same-ish cooking times. You can have a rack of 30 min veggies, 15 min veggies, and the delicate 10 min veggies. Remember to use a convection setting or rotate you pans every 10 min so that the vegetables roast and don’t burn.
Also, it doesn’t hurt to check roasting halfway through to see how browning is going.
