Parent Club Easy School Lunch List

August 29, 2019 Leave a Comment

The Parent Club Easy School Lunch List is one of the best read posts here on Parent Club. Choose from list for kid-friendly fruits, veggies, grains, dairy, and proteins.  It’s a a popular post because it’s an easy-go to for packing a healthy school lunch….

Easy School Lunch List

I am also a big fan of MAKE AND FREEZE SCHOOL LUNCHES (and I do keep a couple of homemade, pre-made school lunches in the freezer for just in case we run out of groceries – which happens – usually on Fridays in my house). These can be life savers when you just need to take them out the night before (or even morning of school).

My teens make their own lunches now. But I do still stock the pantry for some easy grab n’ go snacks and lunch items for them (to make life easier). I might pre-cut carrots and cucumbers for them too (because they’ll be more apt to take veggies if they are ready to go).

And I also have homemade muffins on hand to have for breakfast or to pack for a morning school snack.
