#2 You are the centre of your family. When you are happy – the house is happy. When you feel low – it flows around the whole family. They feel it when you feel off. So if #1 doesn’t make you act now…this one should. Take care of you so you can take care of your family.
#3 You deserve to be taken care of. Yes, I admit…I’m the last one to A) visit the doctor B) shop for new clothes for myself C) work out as I should. BUT (big but here)…why?! Because I always think there is something more “important” to do. But what is more important than taking care of yourself?!
#4 Your body will thank you. That deep breath you did when you first read this post…I bet it made you relax even if just a little. Taking care of yourself will come back to you in spades. Relax.
